   It arrives by email: where the nearest opportunity is, what we suggest postponing and why, and what we need from you before any work starts.

   A call, then a proposal

   We agree the scope, priorities and timeline first. The proposal follows that conversation rather than preceding it.

Your details are used to answer your enquiry and coordinate with you, nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. The detail is in our privacy policy.

What makes the reply sharper

The form does not ask for these, but adding them to the notes field saves a full round of questions:

• The site or store URL and the platform it runs on (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WordPress or custom).
• What you have already tried and roughly how it went — the channel, the period, and what stopped it.
• The monthly budget available and the timeframe you will judge it over.
• Who makes the decision, and who will follow the work week to week on your side.
